Merry Christmas from Bob & Barbette
Ginger had a baby boy in March - Liam Perrine McGeer.

Liam this Christmas with Kailee in Hawaii.


In April we moved to a new house overlooking the Chesapeake Bay.

We weathered Hurricane Irene in Aug with waves lashing at our sea wall.

Tara, Henry and our three granddaughters

plus John and Jada visited in July. In fact, many people enjoyed the beach with us this summer.

Corey and Sarah were engaged in November and will be married this coming May at our home on the beach!

In Sep I helped Corey move from Augusta, GA to Omaha NE for a great job as photo journalist with the Omaha World-Herald.

Christmas 2010

Holiday Greetings to everyone—

Bob and I are busier retired than we were working. We have had lots of family activity this year.

We continue our kayaking, book clubs, and our volunteer work in the schools, church, and Westminster Canterbury.

Tara, Henry and the girls welcomed the newest member of their family, Waverly on Nov. 23.

John and Jada got married, and we all enjoyed an absolutely beautiful wedding in Golden Gate Park and a trip to San Francisco.

Corey got a new job as a photographer for the Augusta Chronicle and moved to Georgia in the middle of a blizzard.

Ginger and Tad are building a house on top of the Columbia River Gorge in Washington State at the same site of the one that burned. Ginger will have our fifth grandbaby, a boy, in March.

And Kimberly graduated from Georgetown with her BSN/RN degree and is working at Washington Hospital Center, along with Joe joining the National Guard. Riley and Tristan are both in kindergarten this year.

Sadly, Jack, Barbette’s 94-year-old dad passed away in June, and after spending the last several years overseeing his care, there is a huge void.

We hope this year has brought you continued good health and happiness.

In "Daniel Perrin, the Huguenot" two family trees are recorded. Daniel’s third born James (1670) is traced up through Henry Hall Perrine (1886), grandson of the famous Dr Henry Perrine for whom Perrine, Florida was named (see above - "Dr Henry Perine - Tropical Plants." The second born, Henry (1669), is traced up to John Ruff Perrine (1910) (9th generation), the last entry in the book, my Father. Notice that the print changes for John Ruff Perrine (1910) because the more current information is not in the book but kept up-to-date by me, Bob Perrine 757-481-1269 – t1mperlake@yahoo.com
